I have worked in a wide variety of catering establishments across the world, including a fine dining restaurant in Japan, a bespoke catering company in London and as a private chef for high profile clients including celebrities and royalty across Europe. Through these experiences I have gained an excellent knowledge of different styles and cuisines and a passion for using quality, seasonal ingredients to create dishes that look and taste delicious. My interest in food is paired with my advanced diploma in diet and nutrition, which has equipped me with the ability to design menus based on the principles of healthy eating and develop menus suit individuals nutritional needs and dietary requirements.
